Our first time booking with Hays Travel in Meadowhall, Sheffield - and it won't be our last! Booked our trip with Ebony - who did a fantastic job in packaging together our multi-centre trip across the USA. A very positive booking experience; thankyou!

We are always happy with our experience at Hays Travel. When we recently visited the branch to enquire about a holiday we saw Ebony who was extremely helpful, honest and informative. After doing a bit of research ourselves over the next few days we returned to the branch to book the holiday, Ebony remembered us and helped us choose the right holiday for us. The staff in Hays are always very helpful and provide wonderful customer service. We know we can call into the branch and see someone face-to-face if we have any concerns and it is always sorted out. Great customer service!

Kareen made the whole process easy booking for our group. Nothing was too much trouble. She looked at a few options for us ans made our decision easier based on hotel and flight options.

Went in to the Meadowhall store. No other customers in there at all and 3 members of staff. I was asked to take a seat while ‘someone was free’ and just left waiting & waiting. Walked out in the end as everyone was obviously too busy to attend to the only customer in the room!

£500 cheaper than another company for a holiday with more benefits. Good customer service in store. Booked several times now with Hays, will be our go to provider.

We always use Hays at Meadowhall when booking a holiday as all the staff are excellent. Nothing is too much trouble. If they say they are going to do something, they do.
Have recommended to all our friends.

As we arrived in the store, Adam the store manager asked if we wanted to see him, yes please, to be told he would be with us in minutes just concluding a holiday booking with a customer, we were asked if we wanted a drink we thanked Adam saying we were OK. Adam sorted out the holiday we required including Jetpark 3 @ Manchester Airport without and trauma.

We were served by Bethany she was professional informative nothing was too much trouble took her time with gave good advice booked our holiday with her & she also helped us with questions answers & documents for our upcoming cruise thankyou bethney kinds regards Shirley & Ian
