I was recommend Lynne Redfern @ Hays Travel by a friend as I was in the process of booking a trip to the USA.
I emailed Lynne for quotes and which were received promptly, along with various changes and tweaks as we discussed options and flight changes etc.
Lynne did all she could and more to ensure I got the best deal and all with a smile nothing was to much hassle for her.
Would highly recommend Lynne @ Hays and I will definitely use Lynne again for my next vacation.
