Leanne at at Hays Travel is always the best. So efficient - super responsive to messages. Even went the extra mile for me knowing I have mobility issues and arranged assistance at the airport. Exceptional service, highly recommended and a repeat booking. You can really trust her with your holiday plans.

10/10 Experience!
Leanne was absolutely fantastic, so thorough and extremely helpful. I've got an amazing trip to Turkey booked with my children in the most gorgeous five star hotel for the best price on the market. Forever grateful, highly recommend.

Zero deposit offer
Zero deposit offer! The service was absolutely amazing during the booking process and finding the right holiday at the price, I couldn’t fault Leanne’s dedication to securing the booking and the time given,
BUT then once all secured.. I then get a message asking for bank details for the payments. Not a problem! BUT I get this while at work so I don’t see the message.
The message saying I need to send by 5pm or they are cancelling my booking!! I also then get a call while I am at work from
HAYS head office! The bank details were not urgent in my option. It was booked on a zero deposit and I was at work with no access to my phone the next day. I had no issue sending them but I was at work! That ruined my experience overall!
