We were greeted like old friends and given a cup of coffee. Lynsey was very helpful and found us seats with extra legroom on the plane. She also arranged for a taxi to take us from the plane to the hotel and back, as my friend finds it difficult to get on and off coaches. Visiting Hayes is always a pleasurable experience.
