Wonderful staff. I never at any point felt rushed. At one point all three members of staff were helping me look for a holiday. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Went to Hays Kettering to book a weeks holiday for myself & daughter for some autumn sunshine in Tenerife. All staff were busy, so went away for a coffee & came back as wouldn’t go anywhere else! Always go to Kettering store as all the staff are very knowledgeable & helpful in helping me choose where to go. Picking the hotel was made easy by Wendy, so holiday booked with no hassles at all. Great service! It always is!!!
