We wanted to book a cruise for the first time and needed advice on how and what options there were to get the best deal. We always deal with Jo Cox from Hays with our overseas holidays as we get the personal touch and trust her advice and knowledge. Jo advised us on when to go and what options. Joanne has been amazing with us whilst booking a trip to Goa which was quite short notice. We wanted to go for the carnival and all information was found for us. We were not the easiest people to do a booking for needing to make changes to times, dates and accommodation but we found something we were happy with, there was a delay in us booking but now it’s all done and we are looking forward to our trip. Joanne was very patient with us throughout and kept us informed of everything. We will be getting in contact for our next trip and the service was seamless and professional. Many thanks
