A speedy booking
Jill was able to locate the hotel that we were interested in despite the fact that it had changed its name since we last stayed there. The whole process was extremely quick and efficient and the cost was less than I expected.

Jill is a real credit to Hays.
I cant recall now how many holidays Jill has booked for me now, but that in itself speaks volumes. Jill is lovely, always professional and efficient.
