Keira was brilliant from start to finish — friendly, helpful, patient and somehow managed to answer all my questions without blocking my number 😂 She went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and that we were getting exactly what we wanted.
Nothing was too much hassle, and she kept us updated throughout, which made the whole process completely stress-free.
