Hays Travel - Glenrothes Omdömen 

A special mention has to be made for Wilma who did everything for us with great ease many thanks to her.

Booked a holiday for next year and again Karen helped us and nothing was any bother.

It's great to go into hays and see the staff working hard getting people hoildays and its great when they get me one the staff are excellent thank you

Went into the shop. Said to the lady (Wilma) roughly where and when we wanted to go away. Showed me lots of holidays, went back the next day after discussing with family and booked 1 of the holidays while I was in store. Great service, double checked everything and gave helpful advice.

Kenny went above and beyond to get us what we wanted at short notice. Staying late and risking getting locked in at the shopping centre the shop is in. Excellent.

Walking into the shop is like walking through Disney lands gates for the first time, there is a general feeling of happiness about the shop and smiles galore from all the staff who are only too willing to help me with my holiday needs ..helped me pick my holiday and all the extras at a great price I was really happy with. The girl who served me was very helpful and kind. She went straight through everything with me and was thorough without being a bit overbearing shall we say. All in all I would gladly recommend Hays to anyone that needs it.

We were told that the agent we originally spoke to, Karen, regarding our £12,000 holiday to Japan would be available when we came into book to be told when we went into the shop ,Hays Travel Glenrothes, that she was on her day off which meant we had to speak to someone else, so the original relationship was lost. We then had our details read out loud, including full names, address, email adresses etc. over the phone to the Titan agent - does this not breach GDPR. Also we have since read that we may be charged for using the swimming pools at the hotels, the agent wasn't aware of this - we both feel a bit deflated about the service we received as the agent seemed to be distracted with other tasks/calls awating them. Feeling a bit disappointed considering its a big holiday for us and despite thus being our 4th holiday through Hays, we may not use you again.
