The person who delt with us, Amy, went out of her way to make sure that she could get everything we required especially as I have a slight problem which made us ask for a downstairs room and take a mobility walker with me. At present we are still waiting for Jet2. To have confirmation from the hotel that they can provide a downstairs room. Having been at this hotel last year we are well aware that the building is. Only 2 stories so half of their rooms are downstairs.
