So easy
So easy! Been looking for deals to Malta and saw it on Facebook. Katie in Exmouth messaged me with hotel and flight details. All messages were responsed to so quickly. Gave payment options and it so easy to do online we didn’t need to go into a branch. Everything is on the app. Great service and will use again

Professional, friendly and efficient service
Friendly, efficient service. We’d already chosen our holiday in advance of our visit to the branch but we had a number of questions we hadn’t been able to find an answer to on-line. Shawn was able to get the answers from the tour operator rep and relayed them to us quickly and clearly. Yes we could have booked the holiday direct with the tour operator ourselves but we did it via Hays for peace of mind. So far so good.

I travel a few times a year I only use the exmouth branch As I feel the staff are so so welcoming /warm ,/friendly_And with me travelling alot .The team know what I look for in a trip
I also think they DONOT push for sales like another travel seem to do.
Will I be using Hays again 100%
As I love the helpfull none judgemental and making it a pleasure to book with the team

Great experience highly recommend
The young lady who helped me fined the right holiday was very helpful and pleasant, was in and out within 10 mins holiday booked and all documents printed of ready.
Great job now looking forward to my first holiday with my little girl happy days whoop whoop
