They know nothing.
Hardly worth paying the extra for someone else to navigate a website for me.
I wanted the advice of a professional but everything they promised about my holiday was a lie. Something something never trust a salesman.
Edit: lol at the reply. I came to the branch and literally said "I can't find anywhere to go for a good holiday, recommend somewhere." I expected to get the benefit of someone in the industry but no. For example: I wanted somewhere we could swim. The hotel recommended does not have a suitable beach for swimming for some distance. Also this is the copy pasted response from the negative Google review I already left but you INVITED ME to leave a trustpilot review as well, what were you expecting?

However, upon visiting our branch and looking at various hotels, you decided to book the hotel you had previously looked at online before coming in to the branch. All details were read through and confirmed with yourself prior to booking. We always strive to provide accurate information based on our customers requirements.
