We had a holiday booked through Donna…
We had a holiday booked through Donna Payne, unfortunately, unbeknownst to myself or Donna or the tour company, Ryanair cancelled the flights. Donna, who was on holiday herself at the time, tried very hard to find alternative, but unfortunately our dates and times for travel were very constricted, not a problem, full refund organised quickly.
