Made a booking that was for a party of 12 but we all wanted to book separately. Debbie managed it in her stride. Really smooth booking.

Debbie was very patient and helpful with finding the right deal for us. She was very quick to respond to all our questions which made it very easy. She even helped with the assistance my husband needs at the airport. Would definitely use Hays again as this was our first time of using them.
