Friendly welcoming staff. Lovely team of staff. Helpful, patient. Mel was very patient with us and our dog enjoyed his visit. I had heard that hays travel was good and I have to agree they couldn’t do enough for us, even the offer of tea or coffee twice! Thankyou Mel in the dawlish shop

The Staff member known as Matt, at Hays Travel, Dawlish, gave us a very high standard, professional service. Matt ensured we had a full understanding of the booking we were making, showed great knowledge, expertise, customer care and a willingness to look after the customers interest. A brilliant addition to the Dawlish team, and fits in well to the standard set by Isis, a great team.
