We always go to Hays, there service is excellent, they are friendly and nothing is a bother. We leave confident that everything is booked.

We visited your Dalton park branch and booked a trip to Nice with David. He was excellent at his job. Very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to visit as he had been previously. Nothing was any trouble to him. Very pleasant and helpful. We’ll definitely look forward to dealing with him again.

I’ve been browsing the internet for a few months feeling uncertain about exactly what I wanted without making any real decisions
However I always used Hays before Covid so decided to try out the new branch during this week
After a short discussion Kay booked my holiday and explained everything and my other options regarding travel money/airport parking and Euros
A very pleasant and professional young lady I was very impressed with the help she gave and understanding my requirements

From walking In Kim was so helpful we initially were looking only at the canaries but Kim suggested Menorca which we had never thought of , she soon found what we were looking for as a family,so helpful.

Our experience with David at Dalton Park was not just a job to him in our experience he really wanted to find the perfect holiday for us which he did after spending a lot of time with us .I have a friend who works for Hays and she will be upset that we didn't book with her but David spent so much time finding what we wanted that we just had to book it with him he was so polite and friendly and we will definitely recommend him to others looking for a holiday and we are also talking about booking a couple of breaks with him so thank you so much David you are a genuine asset to your company . Used Facebook messenger to find out details of a deal I had seen on the shops Facebook page Kim was extremely helpful provided all the info I needed she was polite & friendly throughout unfortunately when I was ready to book it was Kim’s day off which was a shame as she had conversed for 2 days with me about the holiday, however I booked with Caitlin who was also extremely helpful & very efficient. Overall I had a really good experience with the staff members at this branch and would definitely recommend booking your holiday with them.
