Walked in knowing we wanted to go to Turkey but no idea where, Evelyn found a fantastic deal with everything we wanted. Everything taken care of, straight forward and hassle free. Exactly why you want when booking a holiday.

I attended Hays Travel in Cumbernauld, with some members of my family, to investigate and, hopefully, book a holiday in Crete, Greece. The service was impressive. Evelyn led us through various options regarding hotels, and resorts within Crete and offered us plenty of advice and information about the locations most likely to suit our requirements. She could not have been more helpful. The other staff in the shop at the time - Debbie and Steph - contributed their experiences, suggestions and ideas to enable us to make the best possible decisions. We completed the process with ease and left looking forward to our holiday, now fully booked. The friendly atmosphere in the shop, together with the efficiency and professionalism of Evelyn and her colleagues made this a first class service. I would not hesitate to book with them again. We seen a fantastic offer on Facebook for a holiday to Benidorm, I thought it would be sold out but I called the Cumbernauld shop and spoke to Sandra. She was very helpful and polite and got us booked in no problem. When I discovered the next day I’d gave some incorrect information I called back and spoke to Sandra again who sorted everything out without any issues. We are very grateful to Sandra for all her help. I’ve now downloaded the Hays app which is good and helpful as all our holiday information is on one easy to find place. We’d definitely book with Hays travel again.

Hays Travel Cumbernauld’s new shop is a lovely place to visit to book a holiday. Much nicer than the old shop. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. Makes for a relaxing environment. Sandra as always books our cruises and gives it her all to ensure that we get exactly what we want. This one is last minute and she still managed to meet every requirement. Thank you.

Lauren was fabulous, so patient and understanding, such a lovely young girl, beautiful inside and out.
I unfortunately have restricted mobility and special dietary requirements so she spent such a long time researching each resort for us. We are now heading to Domes Aulus in Zante on Sunday for our honeymoon 😊 Honestly we cannot thank her enough. ❤️
