I was attended by Amelia and her assistant (sorry can't remember his name) who helped me book may cruise with great professionalism.

Macey at cramlington hays was patient as I change mind twice but didn't mind and was helpful as my daughter is disabled and needs to sort things out for her .

I went into my local branch & was greeted by Macy. I already knew the details of what I wanted, so I advised her & I came away very happy, booked on a Cruise of a lifetime. I was handed a pouch with all my details printed for me & notes of specific important dates for completing Visa's, making payments etc. Very happy with the service.

We had a very helpful young lady who was in the process of training a young man, they were both very helpful and professional.
