We visited Hays Travel, Coleraine, yesterday and were warmly greeted by Lewis. He was extremely helpful, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, and he made choosing a suitable 2027 holiday destination to match our budget an absolute pleasure. We could not speak highly enough of Lewis or of his colleague Michael. Thanks to them our experience in store was great and we look forward to our holiday in the Algarve next Summer.

Quick response from everyone, got exactly what I wanted for the price I was happy with. Second year booking with the Coleraine shop and no complaints. When I was in-store the staff interact with the son which is a massive thing I like him to get involved with everything.
