We were served by a young girl,she was lovely, made us feel welcome ,she managed to price match a holiday ,in actual fact slightly cheaper, also let us know she would give us the best deal ,when buying euros ,very chatty ,took us through every detail about the holiday ,so was well impressed by this young lady ,as I have never used Hay's travel before ,and yeah I would use again thankyou so much.it was Hay's travel in Clydebank shopping centre and the young lady's name was Rebecca

She gave us lots of good information and sourced the best deals available on several cruise lines. No hard sales talk. Felt relaxed through the whole process. Finally decided on Royal Caribbean. Good experience, would definitely recommend.
