Great help with finding alternative when our booking was cancelled

First time booking with Hays Travel
First time booking with Hays Travel , found Claire to be nice and welcoming . We knew where we wanted to go on our holiday , but were still impressed by how quickly it was done ! Didn’t have to worry about the car park !! Claire went through everything with us and explained things clearly .
