I have been dealing with hays travel in particularly Carly for a couple of years now, she is amazing , she’s very patient, always gives you great advise and looks at everything she can to get the best holiday for you , i find her very personal which is a bonus, would definitely recommend her to look at your holiday needs and have done , an outstanding councillor. I must say Carly was a joy to work with…
I must say Carly was a joy to work with for the short period. Very polite, knowledgeable and exciting with the approach to this incredible holiday.
She truly went above and beyond to accommodate my requests day or night. Incredible service in this day and age was refreshing to see people still have high standards for customer care. I would book a holiday again with carly again just to remind myself there are great people still in this service industry
