Worth considering in the future for my age group…
first time in many years that I've used a travel agent to book a holiday - very impressed and much more relaxing than trying to manage all the flights and hotel by myself at home. As I would do, the hotels reviews were checked, cost of add-ons like breakfast was calculated and so worked well for me.

Very knowledgeable
I didn't get the lady's name but she took alot of time to help me book a good holiday. She was very knowledgeable about the resorts which would be suitable for me and I didn't feel rushed and gave excellent service, that's why I always book with hays.

Very professional, friendly and helpful
We booked a cruise through Hays Cameron Toll and were very happy with our experience. We haven't used a travel agent for years but felt it was very useful and helpful to do so.
