The service we received in store was great, very efficient with all are documents provided for us. The reason for the 3* is due to the communication between Hays and Jet2. We had requested and paid for private transport but Hays did not provide the details to Jet2, so we had to spend time on holiday contacting Jet2 to find out what time we were being picked up from our hotel. This information should have been available on the Jet2 and/or Hays app, but wasn’t.

Having read the response from Hays I can confirm I did check the Jet2 app and I did reread the documentation, there was nothing stating the time of the pick up. This prompted me to have to phone Jet2 while on holiday. The person I spoke to said our Travel agents (Hays) had not updated the system which was why the Jet2 app did not have any details of our pick up time.

As usual I got first class service from Emma at the Broadstone office. My enquiry for a cruise was dealt with and all information I could possibly want was provided within 1 hour of my initial phone call and the booking provisionally held. Which I confirmed the next day. First Class service & customer focus.

Very knowledgeable & helpful member of staff who supplied lots of really useful travel information concerning my trip to Bergen.

Lindsay was very helpful and well informed and met all oír needs. We are very satisfied with how she dealt with our holiday requirements

I have booked two holidays for next year; in January to Guatemala and Belize. In May I will be visiting Morocco with Titan travel. Lindsay in the Broadstone branch was most helpful. She and all the staff there are excellent which is why I always go to Hayes Broadstone and, as they know, I have been all over the world including this year to India with Titan travel; last year to Thailand and previously to Sri Lanka and Sicily; all booked through Hayes travel!

Lyndsey knows her job so well.. she really is a credit to your company and makes everything go so smoothly..

Lindsay at the Broadstone was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful and talked us through everything we asked regarding booking a Fred Olsen cruise.

Had a great experience from getting quotations for a short overseas holiday through to booking, collecting documents / boarding passes and currency.
Everyone I made contact with through phone, email and in person were very nice, polite and eager to help.

Suffice to say I had a great holiday in Turkey (my first time in the country) and would recommend using Hays to book future travel.
