Great service and friendly staff
This was my first time booking an holiday, so a bit nervous.
I saw a friendly face when I walked into hays travel, Anna-Jo, she helped me a great deal and didn’t mind that I changed the stay from 5 then 6 and we finally settled on 7 nights! So showed me a few good holidays and it was no trouble for her to go back and forth to change things, eg flight times and Airports. She was very professional and answered all my questions and I Booked there and then.
She helped with the airport parking and the app on my phone all in all a very good service.

The Staff, the holiday recommendations, the joy!
