I booked a Caribbean cruise recently whilst doing so I specifically asked your representative was l entitled to on board spending which l usually receive,she informed me that my partner and l would be entitled to £253 each, on all correspondence since there was no mention of this.My partner went back to the branch (Park centre Belfast) with a few queries this being one of them to be told we are not now entitled to anything at all .l looked at the P&O ads for the same cruise same monies and they’re stating £300 in total .l am sorely disappointed with this as the promised amount from the rep.meant a lot to our booking the cruise and what we can afford.Can l cancel this with full refund as I’m in the wilderness about what if anything i can look forward to regarding the onboard spending .

Went into parkcenter hays travel agency greeted by zaha very knowledgeable lady listened to what we wanted showed quite a few destinations until we found our perfect holiday helped with dates transport seats on plane checking in and currency nothing was to much and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and friendly also
