We’ve had enough of trying to navigate online booking sites, ever changing flight details, etc. so it’s a breath of fresh air having the reassurance of a travel agent that does it all.

We eventually decided not to go with it as there wasn't any decent accommodation. We then decided to go with a straightforward holiday which she booked very quickly and efficiently.

VEry helpful assistants, one for money exchange, one for unexpected holiday booking. She explored a number of options regarding flights, dates, etc and found something suitable for me at a reasonable cost. Once home I read about the hotel and am now a bit unsure how good it will be. Perhaps if she's looked up some reviews I might have gone for a different one.
