Excellent Customer Service and Attention to detail.
My wife and myself had the pleasure of booking with Hays Travel Banbridge last week. The agent who dealt with our enquiry was Karen Lavery, the branch manager. She took the time to go through every aspect of the booking, contacting the cruise line, sorting an extremely fair price and making sure every part of our upcoming cruise was just perfect. She constantly kept in contact through phone calls and always responded to queries promptly. I cannot say enough about Karen's enthusiasm, her patience to listen to exactly what you wanted and to respond to any questions you may have. The best way to describe our experience, with Karen, was like you were talking to a friend. If you are wanting to book any holiday please don't go any further than Hays Travel Banbridge - they get extremely high ratings and it is very clear why they have achieved this accolade.

Seen a city break online , phoned the shop to book it staff friendly and very helpful and explained what was included in the package trip . They also explained about local taxes . All paper work came through after payment plus followed by a phone call . Very happy with the service from Hays travel .
