Ernest Jones - Oxford Omdömen 

Went into store last Thursday and purchased 2 rings, they have to be delivered, we asked for next day, one ring came but not the other, they have been purchased as a set. When we called the store to say only one had been delivered, we got told that they were coming from 2 different places, not sure why that makes a difference as it was next day. Any way still waiting on the Monday for the other ring, nothing no tracking, spoke to customer service and apparently we might get it tomorrow, the whole point of requesting next day is because we were at home. If we had known this was going to happen we would not of bought from this jewellers.

Jack was amazing and so were the staff that recommended thé day before. Very kind to my mum and sister who were trying to get a bracelet fixed. Jack did this for us and because of such great customer service we will look to returning for our jewelry purchases in future. Where other retailer quoted £35 and three weeks just for sending our item off + fixing Jack delivered a fix in under five minutes and was very gracious in a fee. Couldn’t be happier with customer service. I would recommend thé brand, thé service and the prices.

Terrible service from Oxford store. We ordered an £8000 bangle but upon collection it was damaged and bent with scratches on it. The staff member Beralle made us wait 40 minutes while he took the bangle into the back of the store to bend it himself and emerged with more scratches on the item. As a goodwill gesture they offered to clean my diamond ring which was returned with a stone missing and then they offered to repair their damage at my expense. PLEASE AVOID THIS BRANCH

Generally a poor service - staff that sell premium products but don’t offer a premium service to go with it. I won’t be visiting again. If you have/want a Tag watch - walk down the shopping centre and go to the Tag shop - far better customer service. Or Beaverbrooks are better and seem much more professional if you would like jewellery. There’s a good jewellery and watch shop in the indoor market as well which again offers far better service.

I always dreamed to have nice watch, I decided to get one this year. I placed an order on the ernest jones website in few day received the package but wrong one. Send it back. Ordered a new one diffrent brand, for them express delivery takes about days, we'll receive the package,i was chocked to find out the watch was used one full of scratches, brown spot at the edge of the glass. Box scruffy and dirty.
They tried to sale me used watch as new.

We visited a number of jewellers in Oxford city centre before finding Ernest Jones, looking for a special ring for an 18th birthday present. We were welcomed to the store by Oliver, who patiently showed us plenty of options. There was no pressure to buy, but we found a ring that we did not expect to find within our budget. We are very pleased with our purchase and the assistance given. In summary, from our experience, we would personally recommend this shop.

George was excellent, I called up on the 22nd and within 20 mins George had closed and sourced me a Tudor Pelagos 39. George was very clear in his Comms and he went above and beyond to clear a ludicrous amount of vouchers I had from a company incentive scheme to put towards the watch. The next day Vicki and team helped me fit the watch and I haven’t taken it off since!

I highly recommend going to Oxford and George for your mid level Lux watch needs. Other branches I tried could not help like Milton Keynes, However Oxford and team were very fast and proactive.

We visited the Westgate store to browse for watches (for men). George Williams guided us through the various ranges and prices and provided impressive expert knowledge of the pros and cons of different brands. He was never pushy. We ended up buying a RADO watch which we would never have known about without this expert input. My husband is delighted with his Christmas present.

I have issued a refund after being falsely sold an item, being told I can resize the item when I couldn’t. issued a refund the day after and still have not yet received my refund and told I will have to wait another week!

Always nice people in the shop, however, i sent my montblanc watch in for service 5 months ago, after a few emails, they stopped answering me.. got a message that i could pick up my watch unserviced. what is this? they do not answer any emails, and i did not ask for my watch to be sent back without a service. and a answer from montblanc takes like 3 months between... og u read this ernest jones, please contact me, im in the middle of the arctic, i cant call to the shop..

2 days after ; email support refuse to help me, even with case number, no access to the system they say.

next update ; wife visits the shop, there have been some bad communication, shop keeper promises a email from the boss, and a speedy service after 45 minutes of talking.

next four days ; not a Word or a call..
i send my lovely wife to pickup the watch. Will try london instead, this is a joke. half a year and service check fee for nothing!!!!!

We were very well looked after by an experienced salesman, who added extra touches to make sure the product we bought was just what we wanted.

Great service and re-assured that adjustment can be made later. So if you are bying a ring as a surprise this is the place to go .v
