Outstanding service despite the small spend
I went to store for a small component for my Giant Trance. The part in question was £3.50 but the service I got was as if I was spending £3.5k on a new bike.
I was helped by Dave in store who helped identify the part I needed, ordered it to store and emailed when it was ready to collect.
Very friendly, very professional and made me feel a valued customer despite my very insignificant spend.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and will de-fault to the store for any future bike purchases

Fantastic Service
Found a scott contessa for my daughter on offer on the website. Went to buy online and it sold out. I managed to call and find out there was one left. Website updated to show the bike for sale and managed to buy. By the Monday, the bike was already dispatched. Received it on Wednesday. Daughter loves it and Im a happy daddy. Many thanks.

I collected my new Specialized e-bike…
I collected my new Specialized e-bike from the Norwich Specialized store. The cycle had not been checked properly prior to delivery with faulty gears and dropper post. This led to early failure of the rear cassette. Not what I had expected from a dedicated Specialized store.

Hi Stephen, Thank you for the review.
As we discussed back in April, every bike undergoes a full build and inspection before leaving us. The bike was in the expected condition.
You did develop warranty issues with the shock, dropper post and cassette. This is almost unheard of, especially regarding a cassette, for which the brands can only apologise.
When the bike came to us in June, we had the shock and dropper post serviced under warranty with Fox and SRAM replaced the cassette under warranty too. I understand the frustration of being without your bike for 3 weeks, however, everything was sorted as quickly as possible and free of charge to you.
I'd like to know how we could have increased our service levels from the 1-star you have given. Please email support@cyclerevolution.net with more information so that we can improve.

Bought my new Cannondale CAAD13 last week.
PDI and delivery was swift and the bike arrived with zero damage and was packaged within an inch of its life.
Transaction and dealing with them has been great, will buy again if im in the market for an upgrade or another bike for the collection.

Great from start to finish, kept me in touch with what was going on with my order via e mail and phone call. Had a small issue with putting it together, my fault not the bikes, called the Norwich branch and they walked me through the issue, overall highly recommended.

70-year old's experience of buying an E-bike
I bought an E-bike at this Specialized store and needed a lot of guidance on how to use it (being an older cyclist, not very comfortable with using a computer/ smart phone to manage all the features of the bike. Biagio was very patient! And very good at explaining everything. Previous assistants were also very helpful and respectful of my needs too. It took 2 hours of explaining but I feel fairly confident now and know that I can ring in with any problems I have any time
