Currys - Wigan Omdömen 

Ordered a iphone online paid £699.00, got to the store to collect and was told they have no record of it, a ghostorder I was told! anyway told them to cancel the order, was advised by the store manager I would be contacted within 24 hours, 3 days later and no contact, logged it as fraud with my bank, Currys customer service is non-existdent, will never buy from them again.

Yes, the Company has always been very helpful, the staff knowledgeable, helpful and congenial, no matte what the question they strive to answer correctly, and if they do not know the answer they go out of their way to find it...I have no quibbles in recommending them. Of course sometimes there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock, but they are on it and looking for the the same or even a better product at another store. So yes, they do their best for me, so why would they not do their best for everyone.....Jenny Randles.

I went to currys in Wigan on Thursday October 18th to purchase a new apple ipad and for the infomation from my old ipad to be transferred to my new one. The assistant I spoke to was more than helpful. She explained the various ipads to me and I decided on the model to buy. Another assistant came to transfer the information to my new pad. The transfer was taking longer than expected and it was getting close to closing time. I arranged to come back on Friday 19th October, and was dealt with another assistant named Hadley. The person I dealt with on Thursday was great but Hadley was even better, He was very patient and explained what he was doing and showed me various things that my new ipad could do. He also told me that if I had any problems just to come back and he would sort me out for me. I`m slowly getting used to it. I am more than pleased at the way I was treated. I bought a new computer from currys early on this year and I would use Currys again for all my electrical goods

Took my money online and then the item wasn't there when I went to collect it. I still don't have a refund.

Everything went smoothly, I ordered online, selected store to pickup, I received a text from the store informing me that my order was ready to collect.
At the store I was greeted on entering the store and served right away.
Staff on collection counter were friendly, very efficient and even carried my order to my car and placed it in the boot for me
