Poor customer service.
There have been a trail of failures with our recent purchase from Currys. First they failed to deliver the goods on the agreed date and the driver cancelled our order. There was no communication for this process. We had to make numerous phone calls and revisit the store to revive the order.
On the second attempt to deliver the goods the driver realised he had picked up the wrong item only after installing it! We have to wait another week for them to attempt to get it right on the third attempt. Customer Service at this company is non-existent.

Ordered a built-in oven
Ordered a built-in oven, was delivered on time, delivery men was lovely etc but when they opened the back of the van to get our oven out, a fridge had gone over, onto our oven, so the polystyrene supports and cardboard top packaging are crushed. The oven is being fitted oven next week as kitchen is being refurbished, so I'm hoping the oven is fine, otherwise il have to get i touch with curys. This is the second time in the last few months that I've had a bad experience in one way, or another with curry's. Hopefully though, the oven is ok.
