Currys - Staples Corner Omdömen 

Really disappointed with my recent experience with Currys. My order was supposed to be delivered to my chosen Click & Collect store, but when I went to collect it, the store didn’t have it.
I contacted Customer Service and was told that their system showed the order as delivered to the store. However, the store staff checked and told me that the parcel was actually still at the warehouse and should be arriving soon.
The most frustrating part is the conflicting information. Customer Service says it has been delivered, while the store says they don’t have it. Nobody seems able to confirm where the parcel actually is.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of clear communication and accurate information is extremely frustrating. I’ve had to contact Customer Service multiple times and visit the store, yet I still don’t have a clear answer. The order worth is a little above 1k
Hopefully Currys can improve their Click & Collect tracking and communication, because customers shouldn’t have to chase around just to find out where their order is.

Upon arrival I went to the collection desk. Unmaned, so I rang the button but Not working. I had many staff pass me by on the floor and also coming in and out of the back area. No one asked if they can help. I had to shout out that I need help, a few staff thought it was funny. Eventually someone said they will get someone to me then he proceeded to gather at the front area where many staff were. I still had to wait a bit before someone from the back came out, asked what i bought and my name- even though i was showing him my purchase on my phone which he never looked at.
Once retreived only for a second worker to ask me if I want insurance!

I was having issues with my laptop battery, which was no longer charging.

I visited Curry’s in staples corner and was met by polite staff who directed me to the right counter.

Customer service was superb from Cecil. Really friendly and helpful.

My laptop was taken and repaired within a short space of time.

Had a great experience all round :)

Quick , easy . No fuss

The young woman that attended to me when I purchased my fridge freezer was very helpful and gave me good advice

Very helpful staff and excellent service especially by Darius who was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Execellent from start to finish of purchasing, recycling old appliances and connecting new appliances. Highly recommend

Went to Currys staples corner branch to purchase a laptop & served by a very inexperienced boy named Yash…spent ages to come up with a bundle & the order was saved & we were told we could come back to complete the purchase a week later. When we returned we were told the order only saved for 24 hours, the laptop is gone & no longer in stock & the price has now gone up. We requested to speak to the manager, Shane, he was unable / unwilling to match the original bundle price & informed us he had tried to escalate the matter to a retail manager (Faisal) who was not prepared to help out & match the original bundle price. So we were only offered to pay more for the same product with no budging even though it was them that were at fault. Horrible customer service. Completely lost trust in this company & will never shop at Currys again.

Very Poor Customer Service

Extremely disappointing customer service. There is an older lady who regularly sits at the customer service desk, and unfortunately her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional.

The day before, my uncle had already brought the item with a receipt, but he was not allowed to return it. He was kept waiting for around two or three hours until their working time was over, and then was simply told to leave.

The following day, I went back with exactly the same receipt and the return was accepted immediately. When I questioned why my uncle had been treated this way, the attitude of the customer service staff was still extremely rude.

Customer service should be about helping customers respectfully, not making them feel unwelcome or wasting their time. In my opinion, someone who treats customers with this level of rudeness should not be working in customer service at all.

Very disappointing experience. I would not expect this kind of treatment from a company like Currys.

I purchased 2 appliances at the weekend from Currys and I had a great shopping experience from the staff. Everything was explained carefully and in a timely fashion.
Sri Latha was amazing explaining all details. She was very experienced and product and customer focused. I would rate her 10/10 for customer care and knowledge.
