Currys - Southampton Omdömen 

My goods were attempted delivery to my neighbour who declined to accept and said the driver took the goods back. No attempt to contact me was made to make alternative options for delivery. I then contacted your overseas customer service who checked with DPD and was advised the delivery was completed. I challenged this and request a deeper investigation into DPD and am awaiting output. I find it very frustrating that I can not discuss with the Currys UK and the route to discuss is very lengthy and time consuming. All I want now is my money back so I can purchase via other vendors.

Product we brought was severely damaged Beko condenser dryer.
Phoned help line they said take back to Hedge End Southampton store .
Returned item was seen by Jamie he told us to take it to another store because they didn’t have another .
Said he couldnt get another replacement only refund .
He was not interested at all he needs retraining his customer skilled are 0
Purchased from other supplier which were much more professional .

Max was efficient and knowledgeable. He took time to make sure we had the right double oven and tumble dryer to suit my needs. Both machines were delivered the following day which was perfect. This young man was excellent and I highly recommend him.

Visiting the Currys Store in Hedge End, Southampton was a really pleasurable experience. The Staff was so kind and knowledgeable no pressure in buying, but I did buy a few items I wanted. One of my purchases was a Tablet, I paid the extra charge for setting the Tablet up and showing me how to use. 5 Star Service and reasonable prices paid. Would definitely recommend a visit to this store, such a vast display of items you can view.

I was undecided as to which clothes steamer to buy for a foreign trip and was approached by Emily who could not have been more helpful. Emily had me sorted within minutes. Highly recommend

Express delivery slot 0700-1030. I was ready for delivery prior to 0700 - no communication whatsoever and no delivery by 1100. Phone at Hedge End Store not answered after 6 attempts - stated due to call volume. Had to get in the car and go down to the store to get a resolution. The employee at the help desk re-scheduled the delivery for the Saturday morning 0700-1100.

Actually ordered online whilst in Curry's, with the sales person doing his bit on a tablet next to me. Easy enough to order & arrived at the store 2 days later. Transfer of data from old phone an easy procedure.

The member of staff was knowlegable and sympathetic to the needs of someone with dementia. Made every effort to explain things and sensitive to the difficult siuation.
