Currys - South Ruislip Omdömen 

Absolutely useless bunch of staff - the carphone warehouse is never manned - i get there at 10am wait around staff see me and say nothing - i then ask “is anyone around to serve?” and get told no one will be there until 3pm!
Useless deadbeats!

Good service at the South Ruislio store by Simran who ensured all our queries were answered satisfactorily. Delivery was quick. Special mention of the delivery team of Veera and Kumar who were very quick and efficient with the delivery and installation.

Update 21st Oct (10.45) :
Email from Currys asking to rate the delivery!! What delivery grrr!! How can a wrapped fridge/freezer get damaged anyway, sounds fishy to me.
Spoken again to Currys and they do not have a phone number for South Ruislip but told the store manager would call back tomorrow or Friday. Dreadful service!! Email from Tracy Currys Trustpilot) says high level of emails so can take her 48 hours to give a response to any reply I send. Useless!! Also told on phone that order has been cancelled and the guy on phone has just reactivated it. Who cancelled it?! Avoid Currys unless in position to click/collect. This complaint needs escalating.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! Went to the South Ruislip store on 15th Oct for a fridge/freezer. There were 3 in stock (the one on the shop floor was dusgustingly filthy inside as though it had already been used - assured I would get a new one). Delivery was due today 20th Oct so took day off work and bought some shopping in anticipation. Only just moved into new property and so no fridge/freezer in property. Delivery due between 4-8pm today. Shocked to get a call from the delivery driver approx 4.30pm to say can't deliver as fridge/freezer damaged and that Currys would get back to me about a new delivery date!! Have since tried to call to find out what is happening but impossible to get through to the store. Managed to get through to a human being at a call centre (abroad) who could not help but could see that order had been cancelled!! Advised to call store (there is no direct number) so I asked to put a request for store to call me which takes 24/48 hours for return call. I do not drive and the store is some distance but why should I have to make my own way there to organise a new delivery date. I am without a fridge/freezer for the unforeseeable future. Currys have taken full payment and I am left with nothing to show for it other than perishable items. Terrible service and customer care.

The delivery drivers arrived on time and were extraordinarily careful moving furniture so that they could bring my fridge/freezer into the kitchen and then replacing the furniture, equally carefully. I was very impressed

Always disappointed at the sales team at Ruislip. Have to wait too long for someone to look like they want to serve you and normally have to ‘seek’ out someone to help.

staff should listen carefully to customers queries to avoid confusion, they need to smile and greet customers on arrival. most of the staff on this ruislip branch has got an awful attitude especially the lady name sheena, shes not helpful and likes to argue with customers,

One star isn’t low enough.

Since my original review, absolutely nothing has been resolved. We have now visited the South Ruislip store twice in the week after being told the money would return to the gift card within 72 hours. It didn’t.

We were then informed the matter had supposedly been sent to head office and would be resolved by Friday. It wasn’t. No update, no explanation, and no accountability.

Manager Vinod continues to refuse to help, shows no urgency, and has been complacent and rude throughout this entire situation. We are still without the product, still without the £100 that was drained due to repeated failed transactions in‑store, and still being passed around with no resolution.

This has been an unacceptable experience from start to finish, and the lack of support from management is shocking. Currys South Ruislip has made a simple purchase unnecessarily stressful and time‑consuming, and still hasn’t fixed the issue they caused.

I wanted to buy a fridge freezer and needed help with measurements - this was the South Ruislip branch. First of all, it was difficult to find any staff to help me and then, when I did, they couldn't have been less interested.

The product was ready to collect in the morning, the service staff lady I interacted with was friendly, efficient & helpful when I got there, and the product was in good condition. No complaints. Thank you.
