Friendly Service. Great Store.
The young lady that processed our order for us in the Store was most helpful, kind and caring towards us as we are elderly. She ensured that we were happy and satisfied with all details of the order before we left the Store.
The two gentlemen that delivered our new fridge/freezer were cheerful, polite and happy to install the appliance and also remove and take away the old one.
All in all, an excellent service from all Staff involved.

Television purchase
Assistant 18 Benjamin helped my wife and I through a very difficult time. Our television had become non operable and had been declared unsolvable. We, had paid for insurance and were able to purchase a new TV. Benjamin, professionally helped us through the minefield of paperwork and phone calls to get Basingstoke to deliver a new Television and have it connected up on a date of our choice. Well done Ben.

I visited the Salisbury store today as had to get a countertop oven for my mum, who needed a basic model due to her age! They didn't have one in store so a really helpful member of the sales team by the name of Nikhil helped me find one on their online site, and sorted out the delivery to her address, and made it a whole lot easier for me.
