Currys - Perth Omdömen 

It was a heavy box and the delivery person brought it up one flight of stairs to my door. Since I have an ankle injury, I was very, very grateful.
Ordering was easy and it arrived the next day in less than 24 hours.

Purchase online was easy. Goods were available to collect the following day and the young lady who served me was courtious and most helpful,

The young assistant who helped us select the right product and accessories was truly excellent and went beyond just selling. We were most appreciative of the chap.

Helpful staff

Order arrived in good time, this exceeded my expectations. I dropped 1 star as I expected Currys by now to have a better click & collect experience. Dunelm, M&S, Boots, Next and many other major retailers have systems in place purely for click & collect customers which work brilliantly. The click & collect process should be quick and easy. Please, please improve this experience for us busy shoppers, the item i ordered was not available in store so had no other option but to use click & collect.

The assistant who served me was very pleasant and very helpful. It was a pleasure to be served by him

Great customer service, staff very knowledgeable regarding technical questions.
The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that, because I bought a piece of tech I got an email later to say that I qualify for Curry's 'reward' of 2 months free access to Apple Music, Arcade & Fitness. All very nice, but I bought an ANDROID device!! There is no android alternative reward, which is very disappointing! Come on, Currys - that's discriminating against all your Android customers!

The head seller was excellent. She was a very friendly approachable lady that seemed to know everything about the products and if she didn’t she found out for us. The delivery people that delivered the washing machine were very polite and helpful and nothing was too much for them.

Our salesman could not have been any more helpful when he helped my mum buy a new tv. He gave her great advice and he was great to deal with and explained everything well

Great customer service. Shop was busy but I was given due care and attention

I’m disappointed with the customer service in this shop. Some colleagues seem completely uninterested in helping customers, offering little information or giving quick, vague answers just to get rid of you. There is often no smile, no friendly attitude, and no genuine effort to understand what you need. What disappointed me even more was witnessing an elderly man asking a member of staff for some information, only to be told to go and ask someone else. The man was clearly struggling to walk properly due to his age, and I found it upsetting to see him being sent away rather than being shown a little patience and consideration. Surely, the staff member could have taken a moment to help him or at least directed him properly, instead of simply passing the responsibility to someone else!

The girl who served me was lovely but...the item I wanted, there was only one on display. She went to get the box etc from the back but she couldn't find it so I ordered another one to come into the shop. Tapped my card...it declined. Put it into the machine it accepted payment but then declined it. Put it in again and was accepted. I asked for proof of the 2 declined payments encase of any issues. Was advised, by I take it to be a manager,that they don't do that. So I asked for something in writing to say 2 payments had been declined, again was told they can't do that. Checked my account online and 3 payments were pending. He was so dismissive and kept saying it'll be fine. 1 of the payments dropped off the next day but the second one took 2 days to drop off. That would have meant that money wasn't available for me to spend due to an issue with their technology. I know it wasn't his fault but he was actually quite rude when he spoke to me. The girl was so apologetic and understanding of my situation but he was terrible (sorry didn't get the staffs name). This was the Perth shop
