Our fridge/freezer arrived day after we…
Our fridge/freezer arrived day after we ordered it but there was a measument issue!! The sales assistant found a f/f the size to go thru the door. When it arrived it was 4 cm to large according to the box. We were told they could bring it back another day at a further cost of £35 to take the doors off! We decided to place it in another room which was inappropriate. The wrapping came off and low and behold the measurements were correct and it came thru the door. The delivery men did struggle and took our kitchen door off and put it back afterwards which was helpful. BUT we would have had to pay extra had we not had alternative room. Just beware folks!!!

Nothing in stock
Nothing in stock, had to wait 3-4 days for the item i wanted, as sent to house, so ended up purchasing something else, the only reason i bought the other product was because i had a voucher! I then went back in to buy something else another day and had to leave as they didnt have what i wanted yet again!

AVOID!!! This company is shocking!
I used their eBay store. It was for a Samsung TV. I ordered it and waited in for delivery for a phone call at 1pm that day to say it wasn’t on the van. Was told I would be called back that evening or first thing in the morning. Never happened. I chased and spoke to a rude Dermitry in the delivery department to advise it couldn’t be located. Said he would call me back and didn’t. Today they say it was damaged in the warehouse 😂 A joke of a company. Poor comms, poor service and rude staff.

I completely understand your frustration, particularly after waiting in for the delivery, only to be advised that the TV wasn’t on the delivery vehicle. You were then promised updates that didn’t happen and subsequently received different information regarding the whereabouts and condition of the TV.
I’m also sorry to hear about the way you felt you were spoken to when you contacted us. Regardless of the delivery issue itself, you should have received clear, professional communication and appropriate updates throughout.
As your purchase was made through the Currys eBay store, this is handled through a separate system and dedicated team. Please contact ebay@currys.co.uk with your eBay order reference and details of what has happened, and the team will be best placed to review the order and available resolution.
I’m sorry again for the inconvenience and poor communication you’ve experienced.
