Easy to find the right laptop.
Once we located an asssistant it was easy to check laptop spec matched our needs. Replaced older device - self set up and data transfer very simple. Have had one software update glitch since that was a sinch for the fantastic customer service team to advise a probable fix. All good.

TV at Currys
Went to get a TV at Currys and I had Ellie and Shekirah assist me as well as Mark and they was all amazing, helped me pick the correct tv for all my needs! Amazing team at Chatham!

Disgusting service in the horstead…
Disgusting service in the horstead retail park store. Staff incompetent and could not deal with a basic situation. Ellen and henna giggling amongst themselves and claimed they were being talked to in a condescending manner. Bear in mind I didn’t raise my voice nor use foul language, just stated basic facts and pushed back when i was not happy with the outcome of my situation. You need a manager with more backbone. Very poor example set by that store and their management team.

Such bad treatment from currys
Such bad treatment from currys. Wrote a review here. Got a reply asking for all details. Did that. No reply. Put another review. Reply was we have a backlog and will get back to you within 10 to 14 days. Here we are 22 days later and still no response. What a huge disappointment. Shame on you currys for caring very little for your customers. And the fact I have to come here on a public forum just to get you to notice it.

Delivery service failed installation
The delivery service failed to install the washing machine. They couldn't be bothered to troubleshoot the problem and simply gave up.

I recently purchased a haier fridge freezer
I recently purchased a haier fridge freezer,the staff person involved was Rash who provided valuable information on the product but particularly on delivery.
The delivery took place successfully and the two men who delivered were very helpful particularly as it was found the item was too big to go through the door and they immediately took the door off its hinges.
A Big thank you to all involved.

Didn't have my freezer in stock…
Didn't have my freezer in stock couldn't get one delivered to shop so I've had to pay delivery because you could stock the freezer
