Integrated fridge/freezer purchase
Service was punctual, though it was a shame that the first item sent out was damaged and had to be returned.
Vince (sales person) was excellent 10/10, he gave us all the time and advice that we required to make the purchase, and was very informative.
Second delivery/installation didn't go too well as doors didn't line-up with cabinet (an oversight on my behalf maybe). Nat & Chris who carried out the delivery were still very helpful, and gave sound advice 8/10. . .Thx to everyone involved.

I would like to give 5 stars to Jason and the customer service team at the Crown Point store for the way they have handled my case.
Jason has been very helpful, professional, patient and understanding throughout a difficult situation. He has continued to follow up with me, listened to my concerns and genuinely tried to help get the problem resolved.
I especially appreciate that Jason has kept communication open and has treated me with respect and understanding. This makes a big difference when you are already dealing with a stressful problem.
I also want to thank the Crown Point store customer service team for their assistance. Despite the difficulties with my appliance, I feel that Jason has taken my concerns seriously and has done his best to support me.
Customer service like this deserves recognition. Thank you, Jason, and thank you to the Crown Point team, for your help and professionalism. I really appreciate it.

I went to Currys in Leeds as I wanted an help with choosing the correct integrated fridge/freezer, hob and oven.
I went to Currys in Leeds as I wanted some guide with a integrated fridge/freezer. Looks like staff is not trained at all and not willing to help, no interest in the customer. I asked how to work it out the capacity of the fridge/freezer as i want to make sure I will buy correct one. From the flat manual I got picture which state the capacity is 70/30 but when i checked online it advice me that more likely I need 60/40. I decided to go to currys as I thought if people work in shop like that they should be trained and able to advise. Nothing like this happen. Very dissipointed. I wanted also to check the hobs only to see that the drawers were broked and I wasn't able to see antyhing. Poor, poor,poor....
