Delivery team could be more helpful
We paid £25 for delivery and £30 to have our old washing machine removed, which came to 13.75% on top of the appliance cost. Fair enough, that's part of the service.
We hadn't paid for installation, so I wasn't expecting much, but the delivery team seemed reluctant to help move the washing machine into position. When I asked if they could help place the dishwasher on the anti-vibration feet we use for the washing machine, I didn't get a response. Given how heavy these appliances are, a bit of extra help would have gone a long way.
The product itself seems okay (haven't used it yet). I'd just suggest the delivery team be more open to small requests like this, as it would make a real difference to the customer experience.

Poor customer service
The staff were very helpful during the sale. When I had a problem and had to go back to the store I was given inaccurate information and the staff member initially refused to deal with my request then she became abusive. My problem was only addressed after I asked to speak to the manager.

A Happy Birthday to me
I went to curry's because my other T.V. had gone.
So i thought I'd treat myself and get a 50inch and new stand too.
So i spoke to Elliot explained what I was looking for and he showed a couple of T.V , but I liked the Samsung 50inch and the stand too go with it .
I asked if I could get it delivered and set up for me and the 2 Men that came was absolutely amazing and I would give them a 10 to both of them very polite .
