I will not buy from Currys if it keeps using this stupid company. Dpd is very bad at delivering. I took a day off to await my order. Guess what? The stupid dpd driver didn't even knock on my door.
this is not the first time. Dpd has done it many times and with impunity. You can't talk to them. You can't call them. Everything is done by a stupid AI bot.
Currys: Change your delivery company or am done shopping with you!

Contacted these people on the email address they provided and blanked my email.
I thought I correct these fake 5 star reviews as this does not reflect on the service I have received. The staff member in the store lied and said he was the manager. Was told by customer service said I can still do a late return due to medical reasons but was refused a refund. Nothing but liars. No complaints department and no standards at all. Customer service is very unprofessional and have rude staff who are also racist and like to take the mick with people in the country/me. I wish I never brought anything from this place. Currys gave me a faulty pair of headphones and so I sent it off for repairs. Was promised a refund if can’t repair within 7 days. Been given the run a round. Spoke to 4 different advisors an d all were very rude and 1 even hung up the phone. Been over 3 weeks now and have not received my money back. Never again. Will be reporting these people.

This was payment for a repair not a purchase. Still not had the laptop back (5 weeks now) the text communication is completely unreliable - by phone told it would be back in store on weds (admittedly I didn't ask which wednesday) still waiting
