The purchase of the washing machine was fine but 3 items I was told were free were added to the bill without me noticing. When I returned later to query the additions I was told that the money could not be refunded without cancelling the whole purchase and this would put the delivery date in doubt. I was advised that this could be put right only after the machine had been delivered when an extra amount would be offered as a goodwill gesture. A strange, inflexible system.

Limited support.
Comes to something when there’s more staff than customers in the store and I still have to ask for help. Not a great experience. Limited support given on my tv purchase and was offered no help to carry to the car.
