We were very pleased with our experience of purchasing a replacement tv. We were given excellent advice on the products available and the differences between them. The staff member attending us was very helpful in guiding us to obtain the best purchase for ourselves.

We placed an order, on two attempts it failed to deliver, then dropped off part of order but to wrong address. We don’t know where it is and have now cancelled the full order but have to wait 21 days for refund whilst there’s an investigation. You have not delivered a service that I have paid for so am extremely dissatisfied with this and will not be purchasing from curry’s in the future.

Very helpful young man Frankie at Hereford store purchased what we needed very quickly and efficiently.

Very happy with my purchases and very happy with the customer service. Customer service never disappoints at Hereford store.
A few weeks ago I purchased an iPod and a pencil for my daughter, and last week I got Subscription for Microsoft 365 for my son.

Ordered massage gun online, arrived faulty (didn’t charge up, tried multiple times) return product in store in Hereford, happy for like for like (don’t stock product in store) was told I had to have my physical card to get refund, didn’t have my wallet on me as I pretty much just use Apple Pay from my phone. Return next day in store and go through the motions and told to tap my card, so I could use my phone after all. Also lost money on the delivery cost (£6.99) as they couldn’t refund that. Told just to reorder product online. So all in all, (6.99) down from when I started. Won’t be using Currys again for any purchases.

Really long time spent trying to extract me from my previous mobile network who were a royal pain, but the guy serving me was pleasant throughout and even thought about the possibility I might get a ticket I was parked there so long and made a note to prevent that. Helpful and saved me money. Thank you.

Dishwasher installer was prompt, efficient and polite. Communication was good. Staff in shop were friendly and keen to help. Great service all round.

The selection of products is quite good; however, I found the staff to be somewhat unhelpful and lacking in experience.

Your Sales Staff Ethan at Hereford Branch of Curry’s was so helpful, knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. I bought the Cromebook there and then and coming back for a freely tv.

The sales person who served up was not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful. He explained very clearly the differences between the TVs I was considering in therms that I was able to understand. He further impressed me when I asked about an Alexa he steered me away from the expensive model I thought I wanted to a simpler model.
His manner of dealing with us was exemplary and he had infinite patience with my 2 year old great granddaughter. All in all Sebastian was a very good ambassador for the company

I recently bought a new computer but it had a few problems. Tom sorted out one of the issues, but I had to return it a second time to see Ewan a more experienced technician, who discovered the problem was with the computer. So we had a new upgraded one, which works well.
All the staff were patient curtious and helpful.

We shopped in Hereford store. Staff were available to help with our TV purchase.
Seb was excellent, very helpful and friendly. He gave us the information we needed to decide the best TV for our needs.

DPD stated on tracker that we had received our parcel at 15.56. We looked at 16.04 no parcel on doorstep despite a photo and signature on site. Called Dpd who evidently contacted warehouse and parcel was delivered by stated driver at 16.40 .
