Sales assistant understand what I needed a scanner and a lap top for and was extremely helpful looking at options covering different cost levels. Great customer service.

Went to Curry's Hemel Hempstead 4 times in a year so far and 3 of those times waited around for an assistant for advice.
Today been down there again and mila or Mira on the door just stood there and welcomes us and complete lack of service again.
Spoke to a young lady called patience who was stocking shelves in one of the aisles where we was looking and asked for advice for an item that was not on the shelves.
She said she would be back shortly and she didn't come back to us for half hour or more,we eventually just picked item and told her that wanted to speak to a manager regarding poor service then confronted with a supposed supervisor didn't get his name then passed back to Mila/Mira and both of them said been rude to patience was her name.
I said not been rude to anyone,was just trying to say to them that if company wants to make profits they should be looking after customers to which they said go elsewhere then.
Very unprofessional and lacking customer service towards members of the public.
If I could give a zero I would!!!!!

I handed my laptop into Currys in Hemel Hempstead just before closing yesterday afternoon for recycling. I changed my mind, so I went back the next day, just after the store had opened, but the manager refused to give it back to me. Needless to say, I will not be buying my new laptop from Currys.

I understand that the store's policy is not to return items that have been handed in for recycling. However, I think the manager could have used some common sense and at least checked whether the laptop was still accessible or explained what had happened to it. Instead, all he said was, "It's been recycled," and that was it.

The person recommending a new laptop listened carefully to my requirements, including spec and price and showed me some good options. They had many laptops on display so I could see exactly what I'd be getting.
I purchased it on the spot and opted for the £85 setup service which was certainly worthwhile
The technician was very experienced and answered all my questions
I walked out with a fully working laptop to replace my old one with all the software installed and working as I needed. As well as comprehensive instructions to update my older laptop

Went down the store to open a mobile phone contract and told "all the phones in stock are for sale only - do it online" which I did, through their ' secure??' Webite, and got scammed for two phones. Went down this week and was told " the system's down, do it online", so asked if they would do it on the phone to which I was told the phone lines were down. I'll never go there again. The customer service was non existent, they were abrupt and worst of all, lied

the sales lady was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient at her job

Rather than, you know, trying, they declared defeat, attempted to abandon a giant fridge on my doorstep, and practically sprinted away from the job with the athletic grace of men fleeing a crime scene. Laziness doesn't even begin to cover it.
​Refusing to be outsmarted by a kitchen appliance, I—a single human being acting entirely alone—decided to channel my inner Hercules. And guess what? The fridge slid through the exact same doors with zero issues.
​Currys Delivery Team: 0/10 for effort, problem-solving, and basic competence.
​Me (Working Solo): 10/10 for heavy lifting, spatial awareness, and doing your job for you.
​Since I am apparently now a certified Currys delivery driver, your staff’s stellar performance in slackery can learn a lot from me.
​Do better, Currys. Or just subcontract your deliveries to me—at least I finish the job.

The help in the shop, but mainly was Gary who delivered the goods and installed the washing machine. The oven I done it, it was just delivered.
Gary just got the job done very professionally and he was quick as well. Overall Gary know was he is doing inside out. Great profesional

Sales assistant Aqsa was extremely helpful and answered any questions I asked as I had not purchased a washer dryer before
The delivery guys Jacek and Rafal were also extremely polite, efficient and careful with the handling of the product with minimal fuss
