Great experience
Went to the store with my grandchildren to purchase a washer dryer for my grandson. The staff within the store were friendly professional and knowledgeable. They made the experience pleasurable. Once selected the transaction was completed with ease. Delivery option was perfect for our schedule. The appliance was delivered on schedule and the delivery driver was most helpful with the placement In the property. Overall an excellent experience.

I needed a Fridge Freezer as ours had unfortunately run its course. I looked online but call me old fashioned I still like the personal touch. I asked Cara (44) for assistance and was not disappointed. Informative and helpful whilst listening to my requirements without judgement and gently guiding me towards a suitable purchase that matched my needs. A solution to my problems was found and met. Stress Free Purchase With A 10/10 Delivery
Buying my new fridge freezer was not on hassle free but stress free too and as a added bonus Currys honoured the price match, Amelia who took our in store order was very helpful during our purchase, The two young gentleman William and Stefan who delivered my fridge freezer were fantastic, not only were they polite but they were extremely respectful of our property and kept us up to date on my delivery time and arrived right on time, and i’m more than happy to give them a 10 out of 10 for the delivery, they really were very professional

Bad service all round
My tv broke and the voucher they gave me never covered the cost of a similar tv. Had to spend a further £130 to get a similar tv. Manager in shop rude and the multiple staff in the call centre useless.
