Richard was really helpful and his advice narrowed down what I needed which made the whole process easy. I did have a query the following day and the lad that helped me was aging very helpful and polite.

Purchase the Logik wireless keyboard on Sunday 18th October. Keyboard worked up until 4:30pm on the Tuesday 20th October, then became faulty recognising perfectly good batteries.
I had to wait 45 minutes for a return, as the manager was refusing to refund without testing. She had no idea about consumer rights and regardless of whether it needed testing or not she was refusing to refund without it being tested.
Eventually another member of staff tried it out, found the same fault, but then got it working, albeit temprementally.
The manageress had no idea how to return and refund the item without booking it in for a test, but eventually after a painful 45 minutes it was eventually refunded.
I've had issue with returns to Curry's group before, and this will certainly be my last and final visit to them.

The service received from the Tony the Sales person. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Store staff very unhelpful, asked to speak to the manager who simple repeated over and over again
that it was not company policy to refund items that had been opened.
I asked her if she would so me how to open the mouse as the original member of staff could not, she refused,
just get saying contact customer service

Tammi approached me when i arrived at the store and led me towards electric toothbrushes id decided i wanted to have an io6 which wasnt instore so she got a collegue to help me. She was attentive and very chirpy. I got me order within 2 days.

Great price, customer service was good, ordering online for collection was easy, informed when practicing was ready, goods assisted to car. Staff helped put it into car and even gave advice for fitting.

Sold us the wrong plug for tablet. No smiles , no greeting and waited ages to be served even though it was not busy . Very disappointing !

What l was after was in store. I could pay for it and take it.

I was ordering a t.v for my daughter, she's in Glasgow I'm down in Kent. It was super easy to do, it was delivered when they said it would be. Curry's are the best.

We are old fossils and needed to by ear pods for our new mobiles. We knew nothing about ear pods so we needed real help from someone with the knowledge we lacked. Fortunately a young man, Milo, was the person who truly helped us. His knowledge was excellent and he explained what the different ear pods did. We purchased 2 different ear pods as my husband and I needed them for different reasons. Milo helped us both to purchase just the right products. He was friendly, yet professional having excellent knowledge.

It was quick and efficient and delivery was on time and Joe & Pete were very helpful.
