I paid for a specific time to deliver ...I was emailed confirming time etc ...great
Deliverers turned up very very early kept ringing me (but my phone blocks unknown callers ) I thought as several calls must be important so rang them back which was really inconvenient I had just bought breakfasts for my grandchildren we had to leave them as men appeared impatient ..left my Fridge Freezer bit of dispute to take old one again I'd paid for ..fridge not level wobbly but men had gone...a bit care wouldn't have gone amiss..

Durham Store – Consistently Poor Customer Service
The staff at the Durham store are consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. Their attitude makes it feel as though they are doing you a favour by serving you, rather than simply doing their job. Unfortunately, this is the closest store to where I live, so I have had to shop there more than 10 times. Disappointingly, every single visit has been a poor experience. The lack of friendliness and willingness to help makes shopping here an unpleasant experience, and I am thoroughly disappointed with the standard of customer service.
