Raja the Store assistant at Chingford…
Raja the Store assistant at Chingford couldn't have been more helpful, a delight to talk with and very knowledgeable.
The delivery was reasonable but we have marked it down because the inlet pipe wasn't tightened properly and began to leak water all over the floor. It was fortunate for us that they were also delivering next door so were able to catch them before they left. They were also supposed to take any packaging away but tried to leave some in our bin which wouldn't have been taken as it wasn't recyclable..

Anyone selling an item should provide an explanation about it, because the buyer needs to purchase it based on trust. Thank you also the product I brought with charge and I went to the store the next day to return it but they said as I I opened the box I can't return it and it is not working and I can't return?

The experience was fantastic. From the sales lady, Anna, in the shop to the delivery and fitting by Ian and Mike. All of them went out of their way to make things so easy.
What was also great was to be able to see the products before purchasing as opposed to other retailers who refer you to their online shopping site.

Not a very good experience at Currys…
Not a very good experience at Currys Chingford this morning, it's a massive store but today they had just one person on the shop floor serving customers,I'd gone down there to purchase a TV set.
After waiting 15 minutes for a sales person I was told they none of the model I wanted wein stock,upon checking he found there were two in stock at the nearby Enfield branch,I agreed to pay for it there and then in case the Enfield branch sold out as well...The set is advertised at £179 as I was about to enter my pin into the machine to pay for it the price had increased to £199 ...Upon me telling the sales person the error he checked the price on the TV and confirmed the price but wouldn't reduce it,I believe this is against the law ,I refused to pay and left the store...
I'd like some comm from Curry's on this matter
