We also had no communications from curry's head office

Thr problem with currys no stock.

Thr problem with currys, is that they hold very little stock ( bolton) branch.
It's always the same " come tomorrow and we will have it in. I want to buy it now not tomorrow...

Plenty to choose from from but nothing…

Plenty to choose from from but nothing in stock so had to go for a more expensive washer , the w ones on show not available to buy either

I would like to say a big thank you to…

I would like to say a big thank you to the manager at Currys Bolton for his outstanding customer service.

I purchased a cooker that unfortunately had a problem. As I have some difficulty with the English language, I was very grateful that he personally helped me with everything. He contacted Beko and dealt with the insurance company on my behalf, making the whole process much easier for me.

He went above and beyond to solve the problem and arranged for a brand-new cooker to be sent to me. He also gave me a very good discount, which I truly appreciated.

It is rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers and takes the time to help them properly. His kindness, professionalism and customer care have made a very positive impression on me.

Thank you again for all your help. Because of the way I was treated, I will definitely be coming back to Currys for future purchases and will be happy to recommend Currys Bolton to others.
